Casablanca is the coolest wine-producing region in Chile and forms part of the northern district of Aconcagua. You will find the Casablanca valley between Santiago and the seaport of Valparaiso. Casablanca valley is flanked by the low Coastal Mountains. The Pacific ocean gives cooling fogs in the morning. Therefore the valley has its moderate average temperature.
